Greenwood Manor Apartments Phase I are affordable 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units priced at a fixed rate, while Greenwood Manor Apartments Phase II are 1 and 2 bedroom units made affordable with rent subsidies available through government funding. Our community offers 24 hour emergency maintenance service, on site laundry facility, playground, recreation room and ample parking. Greenwood Manor Apartments Phase 1 offers affordable 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fixed rate apartments. Pets are welcome with a $300 per pet deposit (limit 2) and a $25 per pet monthly pet fee. Applications are available at our office and require a $30 application fee per person over the age of 18.
